To ensure stability at unprecedented skydiving speeds, we introduced the AEROFIT backpad. This thermoformed backbone was designed to contour ergonomically to the jumper’s back, providing unparalleled support and comfort. Its innovative design minimizes movement during freefall, making the parachute system feel like an extension of the body. The production challenge lay in achieving precise height and contour control during thermoforming, which we resolved with advanced manufacturing techniques.
